Our Interim Managers can work at a senior level, reporting to the board, but also be hands-on to deliver production and efficiency improvements and a coherent operations and technical plan. They undertake a diverse range of interim assignments within a variety of Consumer-focused businesses such as: Food & Drink Manufacturing, Food Logistics, Personal Care Manufacturing, Consumer Technology Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Durables Manufacturing, Health & Beauty Manufacturing, as well as Consumer Logistics and Supply Chain.
Typical assignments our Interim Managers deliver includes: lead the planning and implementation of lean principles, participate as part of the site leadership team and devise manufacturing strategy, implement robust systems to ensure the highest quality of product delivered on time and to customer specification, co-ordinate lean manufacturing and continuous improvement six sigma, consolidation of two operational sites into one, design specialist equipment and plant layout to deliver cost effective workflows, develop a culture of continuous improvement, apply significant knowledge and experience of strategic manufacturing management through a period of modernisation, drive cultural change and leadership, develop and deliver efficiency improvement plans, implement systems to better manage WIP and achieve OTIF operational targets, initiate waste improvement programmes, implement best practice principles across manufacturing and supply chain, deliver EHSQ plans, develop and manage manufacturing systems and processes to maximise business opportunities, manage reporting requirements to board level.
