Interim Managers can be assured that before making contact with details of an assignment we would have thoroughly researched the company/role, have a good understanding of the day rate parameters, and appraised all other factors.

We appreciate that Interim managers are extremely flexible and can be available for assignments anywhere in the world. We have therefore invested in video interview technology to enable a Client to view a video of an interim manager remotely, therefore saving time and negating need for the first interview to take place at the Clients site. The use of this technology has proved popular with both Interim managers and Clients, particularly for time-critical assignments. 

Interim managers can be confident that when we set up an interview with a Client, they are there on merit and have a very realistic opportunity of being offered the assignment. We will not waste and will provide honest feedback and a genuine explanation if we don’t think you are quite right for a particular assignment.

We don’t think that regular contact is too much to ask and we keep in touch with Interim managers prior to commencing the assignment, during the assignment and at the conclusion of an assignment. The regular contact extends to when you are not on assignment as we appreciate this is the time when you may need us most. we believe regular communication is simple enough but sadly lacking with many recruiters.

By focusing our efforts entirely on placing Interim managers with Consumer-related businesses we gain a thorough understanding of the workings of these businesses which enables us to assess an issue and identify what is really important, and better select which interim managers will be able to assist the business move forward.
